The town council is considering a proposed fiscal 2012 budget that would increase property taxes at roughly the rate of inflation, as measured by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

By “hot” I mean “cool,” using the term of the more recent generation that used such weird terms to describe things that used to be “neat” or “great.” Or cool.
