Expert Ron Jarvella will be at the Jesup Memorial Library in Bar Harbor on Tuesday, Oct. 8 to explore the Chinese intelligence network in a presentation beginning at 7 p.m. He will discuss how the Chinese spy agency is structured, how it operates, and what it is after.
