The Maine Department of Environmental Protection says a foul-smelling plume of liquid that filled a dock area in Bar Harbor, Maine last month after a visit by an American Cruise Lines vessel was sewage, not “grey water” from sinks and showers as originally reported, according to a local news outlet.
