Southwest Harbor seeking new public works director, reviewing town manager applications

The town of Southwest Harbor is soliciting applications for a new, full-time public works director.

The resignation of full-time Public Works Director Patricia Biegler was announced during the Oct. 10 meeting of the Board of Selectmen. Biegler’s resignation became effective on Oct. 25 and her last day was Oct. 29. Biegler served the town in that capacity for more than a year.
