The Bar Harbor Town council voted Nov. 15 to ask the planning board to re-examine a series of proposed land use ordinance amendments known as the Town Hill Mini-Plan . The move could set the stage for a revived plan to go before voters, using as a starting point a draft of the amendments rejected by voters during the June 2010 town meeting.
