An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Norman Bubb, 41, of Northeast Harbor was arrested for violating conditions of release. Bubb was also summoned for possession of a useable amount of marijuana.

From Nov. 14 to Nov. 21 Mount Desert police answered 42 calls for service.
