The third annual Chinese New Year parade sponsored by The Maine China Network will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, inside Bangor Mall. This colorful event steeped in Chinese tradition and culture will feature large festive dragons, the lion dance, and festive Chinese costumes.
