‘s Downeast District Task Force, a search warrant was executed March 4 on a home located on the Gilbert Farm Road in Bar Harbor. Evidence of methamphetamine manufacturing was discovered and as a result three individuals have been charged, according to a press release issued by Charged thus far as part of the methamphetamine manufacturing investigation are Elwood Carter, 48, of Surry; Melissa Morse, 46, of Surry; and Joy Levesque, 40, of Bar Harbor.
