The touring schooner Rachel B. Jackson will not be calling the Bar Harbor town pier its home port this season. Owner Andrew Keblinsky’s request for dockage was denied on Jan. 5, after the Bar Harbor Town Council determined that the requested use did not meet the requirements of town ordinances.
