Cookbook author L.E. Barrett returns to the Jesup on Saturday, May 16 at 11 a.m., to discuss fiddleheads in celebration of the Taste of Bar Harbor festival. Fiddleheads are the curled fronds of young ferns and are harvested in early spring, before the ferns unfurl.
