Tremont to Time Warner: high-speed cable no longer a luxury

After reviewing a boilerplate contract renewal from Time Warner for high-speed cable service, Tremont’s Internet Exploratory Committee recommended the town request that the house-density requirement for obtaining cable access be halved.
