The Connecticut Bond Commission last approved $291 million in state borrowing to construct The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine in Farmington, Conn.
In October, the Connecticut General Assembly voted in favor of sending the bond proposal to the Commission, with that state’s governor signing the final agreement for the project on Jan. 5, according to a press release from the Jackson Laboratory.
