The second phase of the study to determine the feasibility of operating a maritime facility the Marine Atlantic ferry terminal in Bar Harbor won approval at the town council meeting on Feb. 7. The move will allocate funds and secure agreements in steps towards the possible reinvigoration of the former CAT ferry terminal.
