A cross-country run to raise money for first responders across the nation will be making its way through the Midcoast Friday, Oct. 2, and a former Rockport resident will take to the road between Rockport and Lincolnville to help with this worthy cause. Christa Brey is a 1990 graduate of Camden-Rockport High School, who now lives in Lamoine, thought that it was a great opportunity to help raise money for something she feels is important and do it in front of friends and family in the process.
