Days after AT&T applied to erect a 124-foot monopine cell tower on Kitteridge Brook Road, a group of Town Hill neighbors have initiated an online petition that calls for a temporary halt on the construction of all wireless cell towers until the land use ordinance definition for cell towers is changed.
