A man accused of destroying his employer’s paper records and an Ellsworth woman suspected of stealing more than $16,000 in unemployment benefits are among 17 people indicted Thursday by a Hancock County grand jury. Also indicted was a woman who was on probation for a prior drug conviction when she was stopped for an all-terrain vehicle violation and was found to have nearly 300 prescription pills in her possession.
