PERRY, Maine (NEWS CENTER) – Two men, including a town selectmen, were arrested Friday on arson charges.
The Maine State Fire Marshal’s Office arrested Town of Perry Selectmen Scott A. MacNichol, and Jeffrey Morrison on arson, perjury and insurance fraud charges.
