Ocean Properties: No plans for large-scale Hulls Cove hotel

Despite recent land use ordinance changes that make it easier to develop big hotels in Hulls Cove, Ocean Properties has no plans to build a large hotel on the site of the aging Park Entrance Motel, operations manager Eben Salvatore said last week.
