Theophany services at Christ the Savior Orthodox in Bangor

BANGOR, Maine – Christ the Savior Orthodox Church, 234 French St., Bangor Chapel, will hold a Pre-Theophany vigil 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 1; pre-Theophany Liturgy 10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, with confessions at 9:30 a.m., Lesser Blessing of Water at 11:30 a.m. and Blessing of Penobscot River at noon; Vespers with Blessing of Water with Bible study at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, in Camden ; Theophany and old calendar Nativity Liturgy at 10 a.m. at St. Saviour’s Church in Bar Harbor, with blessing of the harbor at 11:30 a.m.; Divine Liturgy, 10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, at Bangor Chapel.
