Although opponents of a proposed Town Hill cell tower were dealt a setback by the Bar Harbor Town Council’s rejection of a proposed cell tower moratorium last week, the property owners – a group primarily based on Kitteridge Brook and Pine Heath roads – still have several alternative ways to challenge AT&T’s proposed 124-foot monopine facility.
