BANGOR––Maine unemployment security law requires all individuals filing for Unemployment Insurance benefits to be registered with the Maine Job Bank. The Bangor CareerCenter has teamed up with local libraries in Hancock, Penobscot and Piscataquis Counties to offer support and assistance to people collecting unemployment and need help with Job Bank registration.
