Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce proposes changes to town’s design review process

At a town Design Review Board meeting Oct. 14, members of the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce Business Roundtable proposed an amendment to the design review ordinance that would task the town’s code enforcement officer with regulating a series of issues that have traditionally fallen under the board’s purview.
