Bar Harbor Rotarians Continue Fight Against Malaria

“It begins with a mosquito infected with a parasite,” Seattle Rotarian Charley Dickey told a crowd of Bar Harbor Rotarians meeting at Birch Bay Village on Wednesday. Dickey's message about the toils of malaria and his group Rotarian Malaria Partners was especially poignant as the club learned about the death of Maine and Florida philanthropist, Peter Alfond.
