Join Bar Harbor resident, harpist Phoebe Durand McDonnell at the Jesup Memorial Library on Sunday, July 26 at 2 p.m. The concert is free and open to the public. Durand McDonnell began studying harp at age 10 and was accepted at the prestigious Tanglewood Music Center for the country’s best young musicians.
