Curtis C. Simard, president and CEO of Bar Harbor Bank and Trust, announced recently that John Williams was promoted to the position of assistant vice president and senior risk management analyst at the bank. Williams is a graduate of Brewer High School and attended Yale University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
