Council votes to explore ‘neutral summaries’ for future proposed land use amendments

Weeks after a lawsuit was filed against the town alleging that a series of land use ordinance amendments were misrepresented and confusing, the Bar Harbor Town Council is considering providing short explanations for proposed changes in the upcoming June town meeting.
