The public is invited to welcome cyclist Paul Shol at his final stop before completing his trek from Oregon to Bar Harbor. The event will take place at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, at First Baptist Church, 95 High St. Shol, a public school teacher from Fargo, North Dakota, is raising funds for the Children's Legacy Foundation, a group that provides academic and social support to students who struggle to complete high school.
