Union Historical Society will meet Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 7:30 p.m. at the Old Town House on Town House Road/Route 235, just off Union Common, for the annual meeting and an illustrated presentation by architect Christopher Glass of Camden. Glass will discuss Shingle Style architecture, using material and images from his most recent book “Homes Down East,” which celebrates the summer cottages and town houses built in Maine more than a century ago.
