A whole foods cooking class offering healthy alternatives to the traditional holiday fare will be held on Saturday Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Common Good Café and Soup Kitchen in Southwest Harbor. The class fee is by donation. McGinley Jones, a whole foods educator from Lubec, will offer hands-on instruction in preparing “…incredibly tasty healthy holiday fare that won’t widen your waistline.”
