Local Rotarians Work To Aid Earthquake Survivors in Ecuador

When Jorge Barzalio of Ecuador was a Rotary exchange student to Portland, Maine in 2009, he said it was “the greatest experience of his life.” Now, Jorge is asking for help from the Rotarians of District 7790 after what is easily one of the worst experiences in thousands of people’s lives – the devastating earthquake on Ecuador’s Pacific coast.
