Maine prepares for ‘superstorm’

Maine is on the fringe of Hurricane Sandy but the storm is still packing enough wallop for some schools to close early, cruise ships to cancel stops in Portland and Bar Harbor, and one town to encourage residents to evacuate low-lying areas.
