The Eastern Maine Pops Orchestra for Young Musicians – is accepting new musicians for the spring session, which begins Saturday, April 4. Currently comprised of 35 high school and middle school instrumentalists from Benedicta to Mount Desert Island and Searsport to Gouldsboro, TEMPO welcomes new and returning members to weekly Saturday morning rehearsals at The Grand Auditorium. The orchestra is conducted by Rebecca Edmondson, music educator at Conners-Emerson School; and Ethan Edmondson, music educator at Searsport District Middle and High schools.
