Bar Harbor restaurant owner Tom Testa pleaded no contest Dec. 6 to a misdemeanor charge of violating a Maine safety code in a case that came in the wake of a 2010 rooming house fire that left several people homeless and one man injured. As a result of the plea, Testa will be fined $250.
