The annual family-friendly indoor remote-control regatta is set for Friday, March 9 at 6 p.m. at the Mount Desert Island YMCA in Bar Harbor. The event, hosted by the MDI Community Sailing Center, is free for all comers. “Everyone is welcome to come try their hand on a remote-control sailboat,” said the center’s director, Glenn Squires.
