At a public hearing Aug. 3, the Bar Harbor Planning Board delayed a scheduled vote on whether to recommend the Appendix C Ratification Ordinance to voters at the November town meeting, citing logical inconsistencies within the ordinance that could potentially lead to future legal hurdles for the town.
