Rotary District Governor Pushes for Positive Change

When small opportunities become big moments is how people change the world. This was the message of Rotary International District Governor Jean-Louis Joly as he spoke to a crowd of over 40 Rotarians and guests as they assembled for their weekly meeting at Birch Bay Village August 17. “Small moments happen every day but have no other purpose but to be entertainment or a one-time opportunity,” he said.
