AUGUSTA – Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap has announced the names of the winning authors in the 2014 Maine Native American History and Culture Essay Contest today, and congratulated them on their accomplishments. “The essays reflect a tremendous amount of knowledge and research, which is what we were aiming for in this project,” said Dunlap.
