The American Library Association has declared the week of April 21-27 “Money Smart Week” to promote personal financial literacy, and the Jesup Memorial Library will be offering a free program about retirement planning and investing on Tuesday, April 23, at 7 p.m. with certified financial planner Andrew Shea of Bar Harbor.
