The Record on the Road: Maine

On our trip to Maine we visited Bar Harbor and took an Oli's Trolley tour of Acadia National Park that made several stops, including Thunderhole and Cadillac Mountain. Here we are at Cadillac Mountain, the highest point along the North Atlantic seaboard at 1,530 feet and the first place to view sunrise in the United States from Oct. 7 through March 6. Tip: If you plan on seeing sunrise on Cadillac Mountain, get there early and dress warmly.
