WORKS, 21 E. Main St./Route 1, will host Mac Smith reading from, discussing and signing his new book “Mainers on the Titanic” Saturday, April 11, at 2 p.m. This event is free and open to the public; refreshments from Big Sexy Baked Goods will be available. Smith is a Navy veteran of the first Gulf War and a former news reporter for The Bar Harbor Times.
