Tom Brown, who twice medaled in world-class sailing events in the Paralympics, is now training to qualify for a third shot at the 2012 Paralympics in England.

Brown is a native of Northeast Harbor and lived there until 2007, when he moved to Castine to join Maine Maritime Academy as varsity sailing coach.
