Town Council votes to pass budget to Warrant Committee

The Bar Harbor Town Council opted to pass the town budget along to the Warrant Committee unchanged, despite pleas by several town residents to re-examine the budget in an effort to lower the tax rate from the proposed 4.4 percent increase.
