The U.S. Coast Guard, Maine Emergency Management Agency, Hancock County government, town of Bar Harbor and Royal Caribbean Cruise are sponsoring a multi-agency marine mass rescue exercise in Frenchman Bay May 18 and volunteers are needed to fill various roles.
